Run your whole flour mill on one screen
Wheat in, atta, maida, suji and chokar out, and every rupee in between. GrainTech replaces the gate register, the WhatsApp groups and the late-night Tally entries with one app your whole team uses.

Sound familiar?
QC deductions argued at the gate
Moisture, HL and mitti are checked, then the claim is worked out on a calculator and argued with the vendor. Nobody can say later how the figure was reached.
Mandi bills worked out on paper
Aadhat, mandi tax, labour, bardana and freight differ by mandi. The munim totals them by hand and the arhatiya disputes the balance.
Stock known only after the Saturday count
Wheat in the godown, atta ready for dispatch and bags in stock are only certain after a physical count that takes half a day.
Only the munim knows who owes what
Who owes the mill, whom the mill owes and what was paid last week sit in registers and in one person’s head.
What GrainTech does
Wheat purchase with automatic QC claims
Enter each lot with its moisture, HL, refraction and mitti readings. GrainTech applies your standards and claim rules and records the deduction on the entry.
Mandi purchase with every charge
Set aadhat, mandi tax, commission, labour, bardana and freight per mandi once. Each purchase bill is then calculated the same way every time.
Bardana ledger
Jute bags arriving with mandi purchases and wheat lots go into one bardana ledger, with adjustments for bags that leave, so you know how many bags you really have.
Production batches
Record wheat going into each batch and atta, maida, suji and chokar coming out, grade by grade.
Stock by godown
Raw material, finished goods, by-products and packing material by warehouse, with transfers between godowns.
Sales, dispatch and GST invoices
Sales orders, dispatches and GST invoices with the correct CGST/SGST or IGST split for each buyer.
Payables and receivables
Every vendor and buyer has a running ledger. Record payments and receipts against bills and see who owes what at any time.
Accounts that keep themselves
Approved purchases, sales and payments post to double-entry accounts, with trial balance, profit and loss, and balance sheet. GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data is prepared for filing.
How it works
- 01
We set up your mill
We load your vendors, buyers, products, QC rules and mandi rates, set up your chart of accounts, and bring in your last three months of data from Tally and registers.
- 02
We train your team in two days
The gate, lab, godown and office staff learn only the screens they use.
- 03
Your team enters work as it happens
On the web or on the iOS and Android app, from the gate, the lab or the office.
- 04
You see the mill from anywhere
Stock, dues, payments and production on one dashboard, without calling anyone.
Questions mill owners ask
Do I have to stop using Tally?
No. Many mills keep Tally for their CA. GrainTech exports sales, raw material entries, mandi purchases and production as XML that imports into Tally.
Does GrainTech work on a phone?
Yes. The iOS and Android app covers purchase, QC, production, stock, sales and payments. Accounts and GST reports are on the web.
Is my mill’s data kept separate from other mills?
Yes. Every mill gets its own isolated database and its own web address.
Can I set my own QC parameters and claim rules?
Yes. HL, moisture, refraction and mitti come built in, and you can add your own parameters with standards, claim ratios, flat amounts or slabs.
Can my vendors see their own bills?
Yes. Vendors and brokers get a view-only partner portal showing their purchases and payments with your mill.
Is GrainTech only for flour mills?
It is built for wheat milling: atta, maida, suji and chokar. Other grain businesses can use purchase, stock, sales and accounts, but the built-in QC and lab settings are for wheat.
